How much is a website design? I hate the answer.

I am a designer but I hate it when people say "Well it depends". It does to a certain point. I have been designing so many websites over the years and just by looking at the requirements I can give a ball park.

• $15/hosting (our hosting services is like all you can eat Seafood buffet)
  
• Website design starts at $195 plus $90 per additional page. For all estimates over $600 we offer 20% discount.
  
• If I do EXTRA for a customer, it is not a BIG DEAL!!! Our customers feed us. Literally!!!! They stop by our office and bring scones or chips (btw healthy ones - all grain :)) or stop by every time they are on the way to Starbucks.
  
• We have a number of customers who bring their parents, in-laws or kids to introduce them to us.

So we do extra work for our customers, but we are on the first name basis and when they say JUMP we say "How high?".
